Student Visitations

During the year various groups and organizations visit our shop to look inside the world of violin making and repair. Below are photos from these visits. I will be adding more photos to this gallery as the year progresses. Stop back from time to time, to check out our latest posts.

An evening of entertainment and education begins with students of Norma Swain (Camp Hill, PA) and their parents. Gregory Glessner, violinist played for the group. Norma (yellow sweater, black blazer) is a piano teacher and takes her students to educational field trips during the year.
The evening was kicked off with Gregory Glessner playing my recently completed 5-string violin to the mezmorized group of parents and students.
Parents and students alike enjoying the entertainment and demonstrations of the evening.

Gregory Glessner, playing a Hershey vioin for the groups enjoyment. Gregg, in addition to being a very talented violinist is my violin shop assistant during the year. Thank you Gregg, for a job well done.
The evening concluded with Scott Hershey demonstrating the basics of violin making this group. A fun night for all.
